The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising cleaning staff, ensuring high-quality cleaning standards, and managing daily cleaning operations across residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage cleaning staff on-site to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Oversee general cleaning and deep cleaning operations
- Ensure proper execution of:
- Carpet cleaning
- Curtain cleaning
- Floor cleaning (marble, tile, vinyl, etc.)
- Disinfection and sanitization services
- Assign duties and prepare daily work schedules for cleaners
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction
- Ensure correct use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Train new staff on cleaning techniques, safety, and company standards
- Handle client queries and resolve issues professionally on-site
- Report daily activities, staff attendance, and material usage to management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2, AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
