we are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of marketing activities, brand communication, and internal event coordination. The role requires someone organized, proactive, and creative - capable of handling multiple requests, coordinating with designers and suppliers, and helping bring small-scale activations to life. This position is ideal for someone in their marketing career who enjoys fast-paced, hands-on work and wants to grow in a dynamic fitness and lifestyle environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Coordination:

  2. Support the planning and execution of ongoing marketing activities and campaigns

  3. Manage and track marketing requests from management, trainers, and partners
  4. Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators to ensure timely delivery of assets

  5. Proofread and review marketing materials before release (social media, print, digital)

  6. Content & Communication:

  7. Assist in drafting captions, event posts, and promotional materials aligned with the our brand voice

  8. Help organize photo/video shoots and liaise with external production partners when needed

  9. Maintain an updated library of photos, videos, and design files for easy access

  10. Event Support:

  11. Support setup and coordination of in-house activations such as product demos, workshops, or small member events

  12. Liaise with sponsors, suppliers, and vendors for event logistics

  13. Ensure all on-ground branding, giveaways, and setups are properly executed

  14. Admin & Reporting:

  15. Track campaign results, social media engagement, and member feedback

  16. Support budget tracking and invoice follow-ups for marketing activities
  17. Keep an updated calendar of marketing campaigns, events, and content deadlines

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or events (fitness or lifestyle industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and content workflows
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
