Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson with a proven track record in the marble and granite industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of natural stones and their applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Present and promote marble and granite products to contractors, designers, architects, and end-users.
  • Provide technical guidance to clients regarding stone selection, specifications, and applications.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales agreements to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Coordinate with the production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance the company's visibility.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the marble and granite industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of marble, granite, and other natural stones, including their properties, finishes, and applications.
  • Strong network of clients in the construction, design, or architecture industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
