We are looking for a Receptionist cum Accountant (preferred female candidate) to manage front-desk operations and handle day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front-desk reception duties — greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling emails.
  • Maintain records of invoices, payments, petty cash, and daily expenses.
  • Prepare basic accounting entries, vouchers, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for administrative and accounting support.
  • Handle document filing, courier dispatch, and office supplies management.
  • Assist HR and management with general office coordination and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration.
  • 2–4 years of UAE experience in a similar role (preferably in a fit-out or contracting company).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Tally / QuickBooks / ERP software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented.

Preferred Candidate

  • Female candidates currently based in the UAE with good English communication skills.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
