Job Title: Part-Time/Contract Tutor( Chemistry tutor- Male)

We are looking for passionate and dedicated tutors to join our team In this role, you will provide personalized instruction to students in a variety of subjects, helping them enhance their skills, understanding, and academic performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions customized to meet each student's individual needs.
  • Assess students' strengths and weaknesses and develop tailored learning plans.
  • Design engaging lesson plans and create educational resources.
  • Track and evaluate student progress, providing ongoing feedback to students and parents.
  • Motivate and encourage students through positive reinforcement.
  • Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student performance and progress.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest tutoring techniques and best educational practices.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • GCSE/IGCSE/CBSE Experienced.
  • Prior experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with students and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
