Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a
motivated and dynamic Customer Success Manager
to join our
Commercial
team. In this role, you will be responsible for
managing a portfolio of key client accounts
,
driving product adoption and value realization
, and
securing account renewals and expansion opportunities
. This position is crucial for maintaining Iron Mountain's strong client relationships and ensuring long-term customer success and retention.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage
    the post-sales lifecycle for assigned customers, serving as the primary advocate and trusted advisor to ensure they achieve maximum value from Iron Mountain solutions.
  • Collaborate with
    Sales, and Service Delivery teams to address customer needs, resolve complex issues, and align Iron Mountain's offerings with client business objectives.
  • Conduct
    regular business reviews, and identify potential risks to retention, creating action plans for mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance
    with all organizational account management standards, data governance policies, and regional regulatory requirements applicable to client engagements in the UAE.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous internships
    are preferred
  • Strong knowledge
    of effective relationship management strategies, value-based selling, and customer lifecycle management best practices.
  • Proven ability
    in strategic account planning, negotiating renewals, and cross-functional stakeholder management to deliver complex client outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science Business or a related field
