Role Description

The Technical Lead will oversee and guide technology initiatives and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include leading a team of developers, creating and managing technical plans, overseeing software development life cycles, reviewing and managing code quality, and providing solutions to technical challenges. The Technical Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure the successful execution of technical deliverables. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in software development, programming languages, and frameworks
  • Experience with project management including planning, scoping, and execution
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of troubleshooting technical issues effectively
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate teams
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts
  • Experience in system architecture, deployment, and performance optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Experience in enterprise-level projects or Mega Projects in sectors such as trading, manufacturing, or investments is a plus
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends, with the ability to implement innovative solutions
