Details

  • Duration: 3 months - to be extended to 6 months.
  • Location: Dubai.
  • Schedule: Full-time (9 AM–6 PM).

Role Summary

Are you someone who loves organization, systems, and understanding how products move behind the scenes?

This role is perfect for interns or fresh graduates who are curious about operations, inventory management, supply chain, and logistics. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with details, tracking numbers, and coordinating with different teams to keep everything running smoothly. Plus, if you enjoy living an active lifestyle, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing:

You will support our Inventory & Logistics team across the UAE & KSA. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Helping with inbound shipments and stock movement.
  • Updating and checking inventory in our system (SAP).
  • Supporting with purchase orders, returns, and stock transfers.
  • Making sure all costs (freight, duties, insurance, etc.) are accurately recorded.
  • Working with our warehouse team to match and verify stock.
  • Sharing important shipment and customs documents.
  • Updating trackers and helping prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners to keep everything on time.

This role gives you a full view of how products move from production → shipment → warehouse → store/customer.

What Skills Will Help You Succeed:

You don't need years of experience; what matters most is an eagerness and ability to learn. The ideal candidate has:

  • Interest in operations, supply chain, or inventory management.
  • Ability to stay focused and highly organized while handling multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication.
  • Strong time management skills. 
  • Intermediate understanding of Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP or any system is a plus, but not required for interns.
  • Strong interest in fitness, training, or active lifestyle is highly preferred.
