You'll be stepping into a fast-paced, results-driven environment where the goal is clear: identify and place the best candidates in roles that make sense for them and our clients.
You'll be reporting directly to Ben Kinerman-Daltrey, who operates under a management style that values trust and results over micromanagement.

What Will You Be Doing?
- 180 Recruitment (Candidate focused)
- Candidate Management: Source, interview, and place candidates within a 2-3 week sales cycle
- Metrics & Reporting: Reporting directly to Ben, you'll be driven by targets and metrics to ensure business growth
- Process Improvement: We're always looking for ways to do things better. Your insights into our process will be highly valued, and you'll be free to suggest and implement changes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
What Do You Need?
- Proven track record in recruitment (Internal or agency)
- Tech-savvy and articulate
- Self-displanted, you'll have a lot of freedom to be successful but you'll need to be able to hold yourself accountable
