About BVC Hospitality

BVC Hospitality is the group behind vibrant, much-loved brands including NAC, Le Café NAC, 74 Duke, Crème, and Supernova. With 15+ restaurants already operating in the Middle East and another 10 openings scheduled in the next 6 months, we are scaling fast and investing in our regional presence.

We're hiring our first dedicated team member in the region, based in Dubai, to act as the bridge between our London HQ and franchise operations on the ground.

The Role

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who understands how to deliver operational excellence across multiple sites and who wants to grow in a high-energy, founder-led company.

Following a 2 to 3-month immersive training period in London, you'll relocate to Dubai to support our franchise partners across the Gulf. You'll ensure brand consistency, operational standards, and support the successful rollout of new stores, menus, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure BVC brand standards are consistently delivered across all franchised locations
  • Provide ongoing coaching and operational support to local teams and franchise partners
  • Help implement menu changes, new processes, and brand updates on site
  • Monitor key KPIs (sales, guest satisfaction, compliance) and share actionable insights with HQ
  • Support the opening of new locations, including training, launch execution, and post-launch feedback
  • Support audits, team development, and informal training sessions
  • Act as the key local contact for franchise teams and maintain close coordination with HQ

Who You Are

  • 5–7 years in hospitality operations (area manager, senior GM, or similar)
  • Deep operational understanding with strong people and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — self-starter, proactive, solutions-driven
  • Confident working independently while staying aligned with central brand values
  • Commercially sharp and quality obsessed
  • Fluent in English (Arabic a plus)
  • Eligible to work in the UK for the 2 to 3-month training period
