Position Overview

The
Campaign Manager
will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to promote GODO's financial services and trading platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, and data-driven campaign management, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, PPC, affiliates, and partnerships).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPL, CPA, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective use of marketing spend.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging and compliant marketing materials.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of financial markets and industry trends to ensure relevant campaign strategies.
  • A/B test content, landing pages, and targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with local regulations and company branding standards.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with lead generation goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in campaign or marketing management, preferably in the
    financial services, fintech, or brokerage
    sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
