Job Title: Admissions & Sales Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Summary:
The Sales & Admin Executive supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth operational processes. This role requires a balance of customer interaction, sales support, and office administration to help drive company growth efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and customer requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain records of transactions, invoices, and sales documentation.
- Handle scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and coordination between departments.
Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business.
General Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, or promotional activities.
- Support other administrative or operational tasks as needed.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or office coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
