About The Opportunity
A professional services firm operating in the Management Consulting sector in the United Arab Emirates is hiring an on-site Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors. This role supports office operations, client-facing hospitality, and administrative workflows in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients professionally; manage visitor sign-in, host notifications, and access badges.
- Operate the main switchboard: answer, screen, and route incoming calls; manage voicemail and message delivery.
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting-room bookings; prepare meeting spaces and coordinate hospitality needs.
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries; maintain filing, document handling, and basic office supplies inventory.
- Support administrative tasks including email triage, data entry into office systems, and light clerical duties.
- Uphold security and confidentiality protocols; escalate facilities or IT issues to the appropriate teams promptly.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front-desk role in a corporate environment.
- Fluent English; Arabic language skills preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and email/calendar systems.
- Valid UAE work authorization and ability to work on-site full time.
Preferred
- Experience with CRM or office management systems.
- Background in hospitality, client services, or professional services firms.
- Customer service certification or formal training in telephone etiquette.
