Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer based in Abu Dhabi. The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workplace. Daily tasks include conducting risk assessments, developing and enforcing safety policies, investigating incidents, and providing training to employees on workplace safety protocols. The role will also involve maintaining accurate records and working to foster a culture of safety across all levels of the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Workplace Safety protocols
  • Proficiency in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) processes and best practices
  • Certifications or training in NEBOSH or equivalent recognised qualifications
  • Attention to detail and the ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations
  • Effective communication and training skills to promote workplace safety
  • Familiarity with local HSE regulations, particularly those applicable in Abu Dhabi
