Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher for Talabat and Runner for Dining Services.

The main responsibility is to manage order dispatching and delivery coordination for Talabat, while assisting with dining services to ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and an efficient work environment.

The role also involves handling the POS system, supporting inventory management, and coordinating with the kitchen and purchasing departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate order dispatching and delivery for Talabat, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Assist with dining services, including serving food and beverages to customers.
• Handle the POS system for order processing, payments, and inventory tracking.
• Input sales, purchase, and inventory data into management systems as needed.
• Prepare routine reports on inventory usage, wastage, and cost trends for management.
• Collaborate closely with purchasing, kitchen, and finance teams to gather data for reporting and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company data policies and handle information securely.
• Support periodic stock takes and assist in reconciling inventory records.
• Identify and report anomalies or data variances for investigation.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1, AED1,800.00 per month
