Leasing Administrator – Job Description (UAE)

A Leasing Administrator is responsible for supporting daily leasing operations for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. This role ensures smooth coordination between tenants, landlords, and management, while maintaining accurate records, documentation, and compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lease Management & Administration

  • Prepare, review, and process lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and termination documents.
  • Maintain and update tenant files, lease records, databases, and contract trackers.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate Ejari registrations, renewals, cancellations and other regulatory documentation as required.

Tenant Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries concerning lease terms, payments, notices, and general assistance.
  • Handle tenant onboarding procedures, move-in and move-out documentation.
  • Communicate notices, reminders, and company policies to tenants.

Financial Coordination

  • Prepare lease-related invoices including rent, deposits, service charges, and penalties.
  • Track rent collection and coordinate with finance to follow up on dues, bounced payments, and arrears.
  • Support annual rent increases in line with company policies.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Generate reports on occupancy, lease expiry, renewals, and collections.
  • Support legal team in case of non-compliance or dispute cases.
  • Coordinate with facility management for property handover/takeover or maintenance scheduling, when required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in property leasing / real estate administration (UAE preferred)
  • Knowledge of Ejari regulations and UAE tenancy laws
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service ability
  • Proficient in MS Office, specially in Powerpoint Presentation and property management software (Yardi, SAP, or similar)
  • Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven
