Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detailed and knowledgeable Quality Control with experience in the waterproofing field. The candidate will oversee site work, ensure proper installation of waterproofing systems, maintain compliance with specifications, and help uphold our quality standards on every project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and verify installation of waterproofing systems (membranes, coatings, sealants, drainage systems, etc.)
  • Ensure all waterproofing work follows manufacturer guidelines, project specifications, and industry standards
  • Perform field testing, moisture readings, substrate inspections, adhesion testing, etc.
  • Document project progress with photos, reports, and daily QC checklists
  • Identify deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are completed
  • Communicate with project managers, supervisors, and installers to maintain quality
  • Review material deliveries for compliance with approved submittals
  • Verify surface preparation before installation
  • Assist with training field staff on proper waterproofing techniques
  • Ensure jobsite compliance with safety and quality protocols

Qualifications

  • Experience in waterproofing, roofing, building envelope systems, or construction quality control
  • Knowledge of waterproofing materials such as liquid-applied coatings, sheet membranes, hot-applied systems, sealants, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize installation errors
  • Understanding of construction drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Ability to work outdoors and travel between job sites
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

MUST HAVE UAE EXPERIENCED AND BE RESIDING IN UAE
