Be the face of The Rug Source in your city. You'll hunt for upcoming Hotels, Resorts, homes, villas, showrooms, and landmark projects—turning architects, builders, and homeowners into lifelong clients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager/ Executive to drive sales of premium carpets and rugs to Hotels, Architects, Interior Designers (ID), and Project Management Consultants (PMC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing large project-based orders in the hospitality and commercial segments.

What You'll Do

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management.
  • Identify and generate new business leads with hotels, architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, and contractors
  • Promote and present carpet and rug solutions for hospitality, commercial, and residential projects
  • Conduct product presentations, sample showcasing, and site visits
  • Understand project requirements, BOQs, and specifications
  • Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and negotiate pricing and terms
  • Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for the timely execution of orders
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback

What We Seek

  • Graduate/MBA with 3-8 years of Experience in sales or business Development
  • Proven knack in the field of sales or Business Development ( Preferably in building materials trade (Carpets/Rugs/high-end interiors preferred).
  • Excellent Communication & Strong local network with Architects/ID and market awareness.
  • Self-driven, persuasive, and ready to be on the move.
