Duties and Responsibilities
1. Document Preparation & Typing
Prepare and type various government-related applications such as visa, Emirates ID, labor, immigration, and medical forms.
Enter accurate information into official government systems (Amer, Tasheel, ICA, MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.).
Ensure that all data typed is correct and matches the client's original documents.
Type and format letters, forms, and other administrative documents as required.
2. Document Verification
Check all required documents (passport, Emirates ID, trade license, tenancy contract, etc.) before processing.
Verify that documents meet government requirements and are valid and complete.
Report missing or incorrect documents to the customer or supervisor before submission.
3. Customer Assistance
Assist walk-in customers with form filling and document guidance.
Explain required procedures, documents, and fees for different government services.
Handle customer inquiries politely and provide accurate information.
4. System and Portal Handling
Work efficiently on Amer, Tasheel, MOHRE, ICA, and GDRFA systems.
Upload documents, generate applications, and print official forms.
Maintain familiarity with system updates and new typing requirements.
5. Accuracy & Confidentiality
Ensure zero typing errors and maintain accuracy in all data entries.
Keep all client information strictly confidential and secure.
Review and proofread all typed documents before submission or printing.
6. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with PROs, customer service, and management to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Maintain a daily record of completed tasks and submitted applications.
Report any system issues or delays to the supervisor.
7. Professional Conduct
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and positive attitude during customer interaction.
Stay updated on new rules and requirements issued by UAE government authorities.
Follow Amer Center and company policies regarding workflow and customer service standards.
