We're now looking for a
Founding Technical Engineer
— backend-leaning or full-stack — to build and ship the MVP from the ground up. This is a
hands-on, in-house role in Dubai
with the potential for major long-term equity or profit share after the initial 3-month milestone.
What You'll Build
- A
Decentralized Application (dApp)
integrating a crypto payment widget - Smart contract deployment
(mint token, define supply, staking logic, reward pools) - Wallet connection and authentication
(Metamask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, etc.) - Transaction tracking dashboard
with on-chain data visualizations - Listing process
(DEX + CEX listings — Uniswap, PancakeSwap, CoinGecko, etc.) - A
casino-style game interface
(Roulette, Slots, or similar) integrated with the dApp - Admin dashboard
for managing tokenomics, jackpots, and rewards
Your Core Responsibilities
- Architect, code, and deploy smart contracts (ERC-20/721/1155)
- Build scalable backend systems , Fastify/NestJS, PostgreSQL, )
- Integrate blockchain APIs and wallet SDKs
- Handle exchange listings (testnet/mainnet, liquidity pools, token audits)
- Collaborate with design and marketing to ensure high-conversion UX/UI flows
- Lead technical decisions around infrastructure, hosting, and security
- Own full-cycle development:
concept → prototype → production → iteration

hands-on builder
who thrives in startup chaos - Proven experience shipping Web3 products from
0→1 and scaling them 1→100 - Ideally has worked on or integrated systems for a crypto casino, betting platform, or Web3 game
- Understands tokenomics, liquidity pools, staking models
, and smart contract security - Based in or willing to relocate to
Dubai - Comfortable working 40–60 hrs/week onsite
with speed and autonomy - Ambitious — wants to grow into a
CTO or co-founder-level
leadership role - Values clean code, clear communication, and product velocity
Compensation
- $20/hour
during the first 3 months (trial + build phase) then $35-$50/hour. $200k+ /year. - Massive upside
after milestone success — performance-based salary increase and/or equity participation - Opportunity to become a
