Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Parkour Coach to lead structured classes, develop athletes' movement abilities, and promote safe, progressive training. The ideal candidate is energetic, knowledgeable, and committed to helping students grow physically and mentally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead parkour classes for children, teens, and/or adults
  • Teach fundamental and advanced parkour techniques (vaults, jumps, rolls, precision, flow, etc.)
  • Ensure a safe training environment and enforce facility safety standards
  • Adapt coaching methods to different ages and skill levels
  • Build positive relationships with students and parents
  • Assist with open gym sessions, workshops, or events as needed
  • Represent the facility with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

  • Strong background in parkour/freerunning or movement training
  • Previous coaching or teaching experience preferred (youth coaching a plus)
  • Knowledge of progressions, spotting, and injury prevention
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Ability to motivate and communicate clearly
  • Experience with youth programs
  • Parkour, gymnastics, or movement-related certifications
  • Event or competition coaching experience
  • Arabic is plus
