Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Program Manager role located in Dubai. The Program Manager will oversee the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, resolving project challenges, and ensuring the successful delivery of results. The Program Manager will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, provide regular progress updates, and ensure all projects align with strategic priorities.
Qualifications
- Project management expertise, including planning, scheduling, and delivering projects within deadlines and budgets
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and motivate team members
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project challenges and deliver innovative solutions
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders, reporting, and documentation
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are an asset
- Experience working in the HR or staffing industry is beneficial
