As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring prompt, courteous, and personalized service. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a renowned luxury hospitality project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and professional service to guests in all dining outlets.
- Take and serve orders accurately while ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas to five-star standards.
- Assist in training new staff and support the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
