Senior Draughtsman

We are seeking a
Design Draftsman
with expertise in preparing
2D and 3D general arrangement drawings
for standard and non-standard HVAC units. This role involves assisting engineers in accessory selection and creating layout drawings or wiring diagrams for customized units and contract review forms.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare layout, piping, and electrical wiring drawings for work orders, CRFs, catalogues, and IOMs.
• Release drawings and BOMs to the shop floor as per schedule.
• Maintain technical documentation including CAD drawings, BOM, design calculations, and specifications.
• Perform loading point calculations and line sizing.
• Prepare nameplate templates and maintenance spacing drawings.
• Assist engineers with accessory selection and refrigerant charge calculations.
• Deliver as-built drawings post-production.

Core Competencies

• Strong knowledge of
  Mechanical/Electrical systems
  , HVAC systems, layouts, wiring, components, and symbols.
• Proficiency in
  AutoCAD
  ,
  Creo
  ,
  Revit
  , and
  Autodesk Inventor
  .
• Skilled in
  2D and 3D modeling
  , drafting, and Microsoft Office tools.

Education & Experience

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering
  .
• Minimum
  5 years of experience
  in a similar role.
