Our FinTech client in Dubai is looking to hire a Head of Partnerships to lead B2B growth through strategic alliances across the UAE and GCC. This role will focus on sourcing, securing, and scaling high-impact partnerships with financial institutions, wealth managers, digital platforms, and intermediaries to drive capital inflows and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a B2B partnership strategy aligned with commercial goals.
  • Build and manage relationships with financial intermediaries, family offices, and institutional partners.
  • Structure and negotiate commercial agreements that drive revenue and long-term value.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver integrated partner solutions.
  • Track partner performance and optimize engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within fintech, real estate, or financial services.
  • Strong network across the GCC, including HNWI advisors, platforms, and institutions.
  • Proven ability to close complex B2B deals and scale partner ecosystems.
  • Commercially driven, strategic, and execution-focused.
