Handle guest check-ins and check-outs by verifying reservations, identities, and payment methods

Assign rooms, issue and activate room keys, and process walk-in reservations based on availability

Complete cashiering duties, closing reports, and shift logs accurately in the system

Coordinate with housekeeping, bell services, and other departments to resolve guest requests and issues

Ensure outlet charges are correctly posted to guest rooms

Provide warm welcomes, anticipate guest needs, and deliver professional front desk service

Assist supervisors with basic training, coaching, and operational support when required

Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and comply with hotel safety and security procedures

Ensure uniform standards, grooming, and communication meet brand expectations

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or guest services operations

Basic supervisory exposure is an advantage

Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills

Ability to stand for long periods and perform front desk operational tasks
