Role Description

This full-time, on-site Procurement Specialist - Managers role is based in Dubai and requires an experienced professional with a strong background in real estate. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing procurement processes specific to real estate, implementing effective lease administration, and ensuring compliance with commercial real estate agreements and property management objectives. Candidates will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet procurement goals and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration
  • Strong knowledge of Leases, including contract negotiation and review
  • Experience in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate sectors
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage complex projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience working in the Middle East real estate market is an advantage
