Position Summary
At the heart of Property Finder's mission is the drive to build compelling products that deliver meaningful value to our customers and drive strong commercial outcomes. We're looking for an experienced, commercially savvy, and strategic Senior Product Manager with a proven track record of owning core products and delivering significant revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a strong advocate for both our users and our customers, responsible for defining, validating, communicating, and delivering end-to-end products that solve complex, high-impact problems. Our Product Managers operate at the intersection of Technology, Business, and Design, determining what is best for our users, our customers, and for Property Finder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap, from concept to launch, including go-to-market strategy and design discussions.
  • Lead other Product Managers (when applicable) and foster a collaborative, "One Team" culture across functions.
  • Drive continuous product discovery, defining MVPs, running design sprints, and validating customer feedback throughout the lifecycle.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring insights and feedback shape every stage; from problem definition to release, and iterating for maximum impact.
  • Apply a strong experimentation mindset to identify and validate new commercial and monetisation opportunities.
  • Own and track product metrics to create accountability and demonstrate progress.
  • Build scalable, exportable products that can expand across all Property Finder markets with future growth in mind.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The Person
Desired Qualifications
Essential: Attitude, Knowledge & Skills

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in developing products for a large, growing user base.
  • Proven experience defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and leading product development from conception to launch.
  • Ability to achieve strategic goals and evolve product direction using research, data, and market insights.
  • Strong influence across multiple stakeholders, with or without direct authority.
  • Storytelling ability: Crafting narratives that engage customers and align stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and manage expectations effectively.
  • Experience in classifieds or marketplace businesses.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong business acumen: Passionate about finding the intersection between solving customer problems and delivering business value.
  • Strong written and verbal English proficiency.

Preferred: Attitude, Knowledge & Skills

  • Multi-market or international product experience.
  • Background in B2B Product Management.
  • Experience within the Property Tech or real estate domain.
  • Track record of building products that scale across multiple markets.
