The Senior Automotive Service Advisor is responsible for managing the service process from customer reception to vehicle delivery, ensuring an excellent customer experience and efficient workshop operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and accurately record their service or repair requirements.
  • Provide clear explanations of repair work, estimated costs, and completion times.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and trust.
  • Ensure all customer interactions reflect company standards and service quality.
  • Coordinate job assignments with the workshop foreman and technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
  • Monitor job progress, verify repair quality, and ensure adherence to promised delivery schedules.
  • Review job cards for completeness, accuracy, and technical details.
  • Ensure parts availability and coordinate with the parts department to avoid delays.
  • Prepare and review cost estimates, invoices, and warranties prior to submission to customers.
  • Promote additional maintenance services, accessories, and packages to increase workshop revenue.
  • Verify that all repair and labor charges are properly accounted for in the system.
  • Assist in achieving service department profitability and productivity goals.
  • Support and train junior service advisors to improve their technical and customer-handling skills.
  • Lead by example in maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Assist management in implementing process improvements and performance initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, warranty requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records.
  • Prepare service performance reports and communicate key metrics to management.
  • Oversee quality checks and final vehicle inspection before handover.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Service Advisor, including at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,500.00 per month
