ASAP is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Social Media Account Manager to support the daily management of multiple client social media accounts. This part-time position (20 hours per week) involves scheduling and publishing content, maintaining clear communication with clients, and assisting with light operational tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality work.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage posting schedules for all ASAP client accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
  • Upload content directly to social media platforms from Notion schedule with accurate captions, hashtags, audios etc…
  • Maintain daily communication inside client group chats to confirm posting, gather assets, and relay feedback.
  • Become fully comfortable with building out a client posting schedule via Notion
  • Become fully comfortable using Chat GPT in their everyday life
  • Assist the team with any small operational or organizational tasks that fit within their skill set and capacity (examples: coming up with audios, caption banks)
  • Track when content is missing, delayed, or needs updates—and proactively communicate with the team or client.
  • Answer client DMs to the best of their ability (basic questions).
  • Engage with each client's social media audience (replying to comments, basic DMs, monitoring notifications, boosting engagement).

Skills and Qualities Required

  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, Google drive and Chat GPT
  • Quick communicator — fast replies and consistent availability
  • Positive attitude
  • Not afraid to make mistakes and always willing to improve
  • Strong attention to detail (captions, spelling, organizing, formatting)
  • Strong written English for clear online communication
  • Reliable and consistently available when needed
  • Proactive — attempts to solve problems before they become issues
  • High level of accountability for tasks and deadlines
  • Driven to grow and take on more responsibility over time

Availability & Work Expectations

  • Must be able to work in EST timezone when required (for calls, posting windows, or urgent tasks).
  • Must be consistently available on their phone for timely communication, updates, and adjustments.
  • Expected to reply quickly during agreed working hours.
  • 20 hours/week of structured work + flexible availability for communication.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
