Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fujairah for an EAL (English as an Additional Language) Teacher to jiin iur feieing team of EAL specialists. The EAL Teacher will design and implement effective lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of students learning English as an additional language. The role involves engaging instruction, assessing student progress, providing feedback, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Collaboration with the education team and ensuring compliance with curriculum standards are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Bachelors in English or EAL.
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning, Teaching, and creating student-centered learning experiences
- Proficiency in Communication and the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and team members
- Expertise in Education and Training within the EAL/ESL context
- Demonstrated ability to support language acquisition in diverse learning environments
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Teaching certification or EAL/ESL qualification is required
- Familiarity with American curriculum is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
