Job Description – Associate Faculty (Academics & Training)
Job Summary:
The Associate Faculty role with Maverick supports academic delivery, professional training, and institutional outreach activities. This is a central yet strategic role which involves teaching, conducting workshops, and building partnerships with HR and corporate clients to enhance learning outcomes and strengthen industry engagement. The position also emphasizes active participation in edutainment initiatives, research activities, and high-impact networking events to promote institutional visibility and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and professional training sessions (academic and corporate).

Design and implement interactive learning experiences incorporating edutainment concepts to enhance student engagement.

Develop, review, and update course materials and training modules aligned with evolving industry trends.

Coordinate and conduct corporate training programs, B2B learning initiatives, and executive education workshops.

Engage with HR departments, corporates, and industry leaders for outreach, collaboration, and partnership development.

Mentor students and professionals, supporting their career growth, skill development, and professional readiness.

Lead and participate in student exchange programs and cross-institutional collaborations to promote global exposure.

Organize and host research workshops, academic conferences, panel discussions, and faculty development programs.

Represent the institution at high-profile networking events, conferences, and seminars to enhance visibility and build strategic alliances.

Contribute to the development of research papers, case studies, and publications relevant to the field of expertise.

Support academic planning, institutional events, and strategic educational initiatives.

Foster innovation in teaching through digital platforms, blended learning, and experiential education.

Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen industry-academia partnerships, outreach campaigns, and brand positioning.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Master's or higher degree in a relevant discipline (PhD preferred).

Prior experience in teaching, training, or corporate learning and development.

Demonstrated ability to design and deliver interactive, engaging, and industry-relevant learning experiences.

Strong network within academia, HR, and corporate sectors.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Familiarity with modern teaching tools, LMS platforms, and virtual learning environments.

Research orientation with experience in organizing or presenting at academic forums preferred.
