Job Title: Full Stack Developer Lead

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose

Lead end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of secure, production-grade applications. Drive full-stack engineering (backend, frontend, and cloud/on-prem) with a focus on high security, scalability, and real-time collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy applications using
    Matrix
    and
    LiveKit
    frameworks for secure messaging and conferencing.
  • Oversee full-stack delivery (Java/Go/Python, React/Flutter), API design, and reusable codebases.
  • Implement
    PKI-based
    identity, encryption, and authentication systems.
  • Manage
    cloud and DevOps
    environments (Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, AWS/GCP), ensuring CI/CD automation, observability, and cost efficiency.
  • Define scalable, modular
    application architectures
    aligned with the company's secure communication standards.
  • Mentor engineering teams and uphold best practices in code quality and system design.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years
    in full-stack development and architecture;
    3+ years
    in technical leadership.
  • Proven delivery experience with
    Matrix
    ,
    LiveKit
    , and PKI/TLS-based systems.
  • Strong expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and real-time communications.
  • Deep knowledge of
    Java, Go, Python, React, Flutter, AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, PKI, OAuth2, and security frameworks (NIST/CIS).

  • Database & Messaging: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
  • Security: PKI, TLS, OAuth2, JWT, TPM/HSM integration, MFA, and encryption key lifecycle management.
  • Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
  • Caching & Performance: Redis, Memcached, CDN optimization.
  • Identity & Access Management: SAML, LDAP, OAuth2, OIDC
  • API Documentation: Swagger, OpenAPI, and Confluence for structured documentation.

Education

BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
