ENT Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and MOH-licensed ENT Specialist to join our medical team on a revenue-sharing basis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in diagnosing and managing conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat while ensuring excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive ENT evaluations and diagnostic procedures.
• Diagnose and manage conditions of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
• Carry out minor ENT procedures and provide treatment for common ENT disorders.
• Request and interpret relevant diagnostic tests such as audiometry, endoscopy, and imaging.
• Provide follow-up consultations and ongoing patient care.
• Maintain detailed patient records adhering to MOH guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal departments for multidisciplinary care.

Requirements:

• Valid MOH License or Eligibility (required).
• Solid clinical experience in ENT practice.
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
• Arabic language skills – an advantage.
• Own visa – an advantage.
• Ability to work independently under a revenue-sharing arrangement.

Compensation:

• Pure revenue-sharing basis (no fixed salary).
• Attractive and transparent percentage sharing to be discussed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat ENT-related conditions in patients of all ages.
• Provide treatment plans and follow-up care for patients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
• Educate patients and families about ENT health and preventive measures.

Mandatory qualifications and requirements:

• Specialist in ENT with relevant qualifications.
• Valid MOH License.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English & Arabic
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.
