We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced
Senior Structural Design Engineer
with strong expertise in both reinforced concrete and structural steel design, and a proven track record in the GCC region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review, verify, and approve design drawings, calculations, and BIM models (Revit / Navisworks) before submission.
  • Coordinate effectively with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to resolve structural interface issues through BIM-based workflows.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, design justifications, and authority submission packages.
  • Represent the company in meetings with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, DCD, and third-party consultants.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to ACI, AISC, BS, ASCE, and UAE local codes.
  • Perform manual verification and hand calculations to support digital model results.
  • Supervise the preparation of Revit models, IFC files, and coordination drawings, ensuring integration across all disciplines.
  • Oversee structural analysis, detailing, and BIM documentation processes to maintain design integrity and quality.
  • Support junior engineers and modelers in structural design and BIM best practices.
  • Participate in tender reviews, value engineering, and design optimization initiatives

Qualifications & Requirments :

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in structural design, with at least 5 years in the UAE or GCC.
  • Membership in UAE Society of Engineers or equivalent registration.
  • Proficient in using structural engineering software tools.
  • In-depth understanding of construction materials, methods, and code requirements.
  • Strong drafting and detailing capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative work approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with clients and consultants.
