Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant located in Dubai. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The individual will also manage accounts payable and receivable, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Additional duties may include supporting the finance department with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
