Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman with hands-on experience in all stages of G+1 villa construction, from excavation to finishing. The candidate should be capable of supervising a team, coordinating with engineers and clients, and ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.
Candidates from the Indian subcontinent with UAE experience & based in UAE are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities for G+1 villas
- Oversee all stages of construction:
- Excavation and site preparation
- Steel structure, shuttering, and scaffolding
- Block layout and masonry works
- Plastering, tiling, and finishing works
- Concrete pouring and curing
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE building codes
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards on-site
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and resolve on-site issues promptly
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction foreman for G+1 villa projects
- Hands-on knowledge and experience in steel structures, shuttering, scaffolding, block work, plastering, tiling, and concrete works
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in Dubai or UAE projects is a plus
- Candidates from India or Pakistan with relevant experience based in UAE are highly preferred
