Structural Draftsman-Ready to relocate to Somalia for our Esteem Projects

Key Responsibilities:

Create and modify structural drawings and architectural / Finishing drawings based on project specifications.

Preparation of Soft drawing & details drawing.

Preparation of the MEP coordination drawing.

Preparation of as-built drawing.

Preparation of BBS with structural details drawings.

Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity and feasibility.

Work on multiple high-end projects with fast timelines and attention to detail.

Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Use advanced drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) for creating accurate and high-quality drawings.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or Structural Design.

Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Structural Draftsman in building or infrastructure projects.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related drafting tools.

Solid understanding of structural elements, reinforcement detailing, and BBS preparation.

Familiarity with MEP coordination drawings and construction documentation standards.

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.

Candidates should have relevant experience, we are open for candidates any where ready to relocate to Somalia.
