Job Title: Real Estate Consultant

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Department: Sales & Leasing

Reports to: Sales Director / Managing Broker

Job Summary

The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties in Dubai. The role requires a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, RERA compliance, property valuation, client relationship management, and negotiation skills to achieve high levels of client satisfaction and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on current market trends, property values, and investment opportunities across Dubai's freehold and leasehold areas.
  • Conduct property viewings, site visits, and client consultations while maintaining professional presentation and confidentiality.
  • Manage end-to-end transactions, including listing, negotiation, offer preparation, and closing in accordance with RERA and DLD requirements.
  • Maintain updated listings through CRM platforms (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) and ensure accurate property information.
  • Collaborate with developers, mortgage advisors, and legal representatives to streamline deal processes.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on sales targets, lead conversions, and client portfolios.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA Code of Ethics and company policies in all transactions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Valid RERA certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of joining).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing within Dubai.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-service skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and online listing portals.
  • Multilingual ability (Arabic, English, Russian, or Mandarin) is an advantage.

Pay: AED5, AED15,000.00 per month
