Key Responsibilities

  • Production & Fabrication Read and understand approved neon layouts, mockups and dimensions
  • Bend LED neon flex accurately as per design (single-line & double-line) Cut, shape and prepare acrylic bases (clear, black, coloured)
  • Fix neon flex neatly on acrylic using spacers, clips or glue Drill holes, route wiring cleanly and hide cables properly

Electrical & Testing

  • Connect LED neon to power adapters, dimmers and controllers
  • Test voltage, brightness and colour consistency
  • Ensure safe wiring, insulation and proper cable management
  • Identify and fix faults before delivery or installation

Installation (if required)

  • Mount neon signs on walls, panels or frames
  • Align signage correctly and ensure level installation
  • Secure power connections safely at site
  • Handle installations carefully to avoid damage

Quality Control

  • Ensure clean bends, smooth curves and even light output
  • Check spacing, alignment and overall visual finish
  • Confirm sign matches approved design and size
  • Pack signs securely for transport

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience working with LED neon flex
  • Ability to bend neon accurately (script & logo shapes)
  • Basic electrical knowledge (DC power, adapters, connectors)
  • Experience with acrylic cutting, drilling and mounting
  • Good hand skills, patience and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in signage, acrylic fabrication or electrical work
  • Knowledge of dimmers, RGB controllers and remote systems
  • On-site installation experience
  • UAE signage experience (advantage)
