Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Commercial and Residential Broker Agent
based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and renting commercial and residential properties. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, advising clients, and negotiating deals. Agents will support clients in understanding property values, market trends, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Brokerage and a comprehensive understanding of real estate processes
  • Knowledge of Insurance and Finance to assist clients with property-related financial needs
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales to effectively manage client expectations and achieve targets
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and regulatory environment is an advantage
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Hold a valid real estate or broker license, or willingness to obtain one
