PATH 1: You Are the Candidate

Are you qualified?

We're looking for senior AI/ML professionals with demonstrable achievements:

Must-have:

• Senior role at recognized company (Alibaba, Tencent, Baidu, ByteDance, Huawei, DJI, Xiaomi, etc.)
• 5+ years experience in AI/ML, computer vision, NLP, robotics, or deployment engineering
• Publications in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ACL) OR patents OR significant open-source contributions
• Evidence of extraordinary ability (awards, media recognition, leadership roles, high-impact projects)

Preferred:

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
• Track record of innovation (research papers cited by others, products deployed at scale)
• English proficiency
• Understanding that US immigration landscape is changing

Ideal recruiting partner:

Must-have:

• Based in China or deep network in Chinese AI/ML ecosystem
• Technical recruiting experience (CS, AI/ML, deployment roles)
• Ability to identify senior engineers with demonstrable achievements (not junior talent)
• Understanding of what makes someone O-1-eligible (publications, patents, leadership, impact)

Preferred:

• Existing relationships at Chinese tech companies (Alibaba, Tencent, Baidu, ByteDance, etc.)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with performance-based compensation
• Experience with US immigration or international talent placement
• English proficiency for US employer communication
