The Foreman, Rewinding will play a crucial role in overseeing the rewinding processes for electric motors and generators, ensuring that work is carried out with precision and in accordance with safety standards.

• Manage and supervise the rewinding operations, ensuring quality control at every stage.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices during the rewinding process.
• Guide and train team members on rewinding techniques and equipment handling.
• Maintain accurate records of production and quality assurance documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of rewinding machinery and tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role related to electrical rewinding or similar trades.
• In-depth knowledge of rewinding methods, materials, and equipment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
