Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an Admission Counselor specializing in student admissions for Germany, Canada, and the UK. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for providing tailored guidance on university admissions, managing student inquiries, consulting on course and university selection, facilitating application processes, and assisting with necessary documentation such as visa requirements. The role also includes maintaining strong relationships with partner universities and consistently delivering exceptional customer service to students.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales
  • Experience in or knowledge of the education sector, particularly with university admissions
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of clients and provide customized solutions
  • Foreign language proficiency (e.g., German or French) considered a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
