We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in manpower staffing and bulk hiring. The ideal candidate should be able to manage high-volume recruitment cycles, source qualified candidates through multiple channels, and coordinate end-to-end hiring activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle bulk hiring for various operational and support roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth selection processes.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.
  • Prepare and update recruitment reports as required.
  • Assist in onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manpower or staffing agencies.
  • Strong experience in bulk hiring and high-volume sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
