MARKETING EXECUTIVE

QUALIFICATIONS

-Preferred Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree on Marketing or related course.

-Minimum 1 year of digital experience. Real estate experience is a plus.

-Excellent written and spoken English

-Creative with design skills

-Excellent at multitasking. This is a fast-paced role that requires ability to manage many projects simultaneously.

-Attention to details

-Self-driven with a can-do attitude

-Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, etc...)

-Software Skills: excellent knowledge of design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, internet facilities, etc.

-Digital Marketing: Social Media Management, SEO, SEM, Paid Ads and Google Analytics

-Job Type: Full-time

  • Language: Preferably Arabic speaker and proficient in English

Responsibilities

-Increase the public awareness and positive branding for the company

-Cultivate and maintain media relationships and relationships with other key opinion formers.

-Ensure that all communication plans and strategies are in line with corporate objectives and budgets.

-Manages online portals such as Dubizzle, Property finder, Bayut, Just Rentals and Properties as well as their XML (Extensible Markup Language) usage

-Maintains high quality of every listing advertised in each portal

-Assigned in branding, photo-shoot and design for business cards & other company materials through different design software

-Generating and validating monthly management reporting, extracting and manipulating data from the project tracking system, updating excel spread sheets and generating presentations

-Create and design Property Management presentations to be prepared on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and as when required to be submitted to the Client's Board of Directors to update them on the status of owned properties and overall market status

-Develop and maintain the company's corporate image, brand and identity, which include the use of logos, signage, stationery and a writing style guide as well as all client touch-points.

-Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

-Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.

-Social Media: Work with the team to enhance the social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns. Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5, AED7,000.00 per month
