Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, for a Sales Coordinator with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales operations, ensuring seamless sales coordination, providing outstanding customer support, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams. The role involves preparing reports and presentations, streamlining processes, and contributing to the achievement of sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination, Sales, and Sales Operations
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools for data analysis and presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively with teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales roles or within the glass manufacturing or pharmaceutical packaging industries is a plus
