Property Search Real Estate is a well established Dubai real estate company with 13 years of market presence and a strong reputation for delivering results in leasing brokerage and management of properties.

We are launching a new Off Plan and Secondary Sales Division, and we are looking for a high performance Team Leader / Team Manager who can lead from the front, build a high producing sales team, and drive consistent closings.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a experienced real estate leader with proven Dubai off plan and secondary sales success, who can drive performance, manage KPIs, mentor brokers, and scale and head a team of experienced brokers. Candidates who already have an existing team of brokers/sales consultants ready to join immediately will be strongly preferred and will qualify for higher compensation and management level positioning.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Performance

• Start and build our new division, recruit, onboard, train, and manage a team of experienced brokers (Off Plan + Secondary)
• Lead daily sales activities with clear weekly and monthly targets
• Monitor KPIs including lead response time, viewings, conversion ratios, pipeline value, and closings.
• Maintain discipline, accountability, motivation, and team performance culture.
• Conduct daily briefings and weekly performance review sessions.

Sales & Closing Support

• Lead by example with personal closings and strong client handling
• Support agents in negotiations, deal structuring, closing strategies, and objection handling.
• Ensure brokers maintain strong pipelines and consistent follow up to maximize conversions.
• Handle high value and strategic clients when needed.

Developer & Inventory Management

• Manage relationships with developers and stay updated on launches, incentives, payment plans, and inventory.
• Coordinate team involvement in project launches, promotions, and exclusive campaigns.
• Ensure the team has accurate, updated listings for Off Plan and Secondary properties.

Compliance & CRM Discipline

• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company sales standards.
• Maintain CRM discipline and structured reporting across the team.
• Ensure smooth deal execution, documentation, and customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of Dubai real estate experience (mandatory)
• Proven track record in Off Plan and Secondary market sales
• Strong leadership experience (Team Leader / Sales Manager level)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Highly target driven, disciplined, and performance focused
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results
• RERA certified
• Candidate with Existing team of brokers/sales consultants ready to join immediately is a strong advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary can go up to AED 15,000 + team overrides for a Team Leader / Team Manager candidate who has an existing team of brokers/sales ready to join immediately.
