Position Summary

As a Supervisor at Capital Motion, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and supporting team performance. You will act as a key link between management and frontline staff, ensuring that service standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency are consistently maintained. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service flow.

· Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, support, and feedback.

· Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and service protocols.

· Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff attendance and productivity.

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety across the outlet.

· Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.

· Support inventory control, stock rotation, and requisition processes.

· Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

· Conduct pre-shift briefings and participate in training sessions.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Guest Service Excellence

· Lead by example in delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service.

· Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.

· Promote a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

· Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

Teamwork and Communication

· Foster a collaborative and respectful team environment.

· Communicate clearly with all departments to ensure operational alignment.

· Motivate staff to achieve performance goals and uphold brand standards.

· Assist in onboarding and training new team members.

Qualifications & Skills

· Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or F&B.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Solid understanding of service operations and guest relations.

· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

· Proficiency in POS systems and basic administrative tasks.

· Professional appearance and grooming.

· Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirement

· Ability to stand and move for extended periods.

· Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs.

· Perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.

· Manual dexterity for handling trays, utensils, and POS equipment.

OTHER

Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.
