Job Description

Universal Telecom is looking for a
motivated and creative Social Media Content Creator
to join our growing marketing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for discovering the best marketing spots, creating engaging video content, managing our social media channels, and interacting with our audience in a friendly and professional way. We're looking for someone who is confident on camera, fluent in both English and Arabic, and knows how to make content that attracts attention — not comedy, but content that connects with people and builds trust.

You should be someone who enjoys what you do, understands how to balance professionalism with creativity, and can represent the brand with both energy and style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit creative video content for marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Identify strong marketing locations and opportunities for promotional videos.
  • Manage all company social media accounts and ensure consistent posting and engagement.
  • Respond to messages and comments in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop new ideas and campaigns.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and adapt strategies to attract and retain audiences.

Requirements

  • Female candidates preferred (for brand representation purposes).
  • Fluent in
    English and Arabic
    (spoken and written).
  • Presentable, confident, and comfortable appearing on camera.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing social media content.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging, customer-focused videos.
  • Professional attitude, reliable work ethic, and ability to work independently.
